"Sales guy was really helpful"
I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to overthink anything, but the staff made it easy. The sales guy helped me pick out a simple option without any pressure, which I really appreciated.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I ordered from standardtvandappliance.com, and while the product itself was totally fine, the delivery was much later than they originally said. I ended up waiting around without many updates, which felt unnecessary. The item arrived in good shape, but the whole timing situation was frustrating.

"Not quite what I expected"
I went in expecting a more professional and helpful experience, but it didn’t really feel that way. The staff came across as a bit unprofessional, and I didn’t feel like they were very willing or able to help much. It wasn’t the worst visit, but it definitely fell short of what I had hoped for.

"Still waiting for this to be fixed"
I’ve called twice now about the issue with my appliance, and both times I felt like I was just being passed from one person to another. They told me someone would follow up, but I still haven’t really heard anything or seen any progress. I remember hanging up the second time feeling so frustrated because I really thought it would finally get handled. At this point, I’m still waiting and annoyed.

"Smooth fridge order when I really needed one"
I ordered a new GE fridge from Standard TV & Appliance after my old one started acting up, and I was feeling kind of trapped because I didn’t want to deal with a big appliance purchase but also couldn’t keep waiting.

Their website made it easier than I expected. I could find the size, ice maker details, energy info, and pricing without having to dig around forever, and checkout was straightforward.
The delivery team called ahead, showed up when they said they would, and got the old fridge out without messing up the floor. The new fridge has been working great so far, and I’d use them again.

"Good install, just ran a bit late"
The installer did a really solid job overall. They cleaned everything up afterward and took a few minutes to show me the basics, which I appreciated. They did arrive later than planned, but aside from that, it was a good experience.

"I found the fridge for less..."
I found the fridge for less here than at a couple of the bigger stores, so I decided to give it a try. Checkout was simple and the price definitely felt fair. The delivery did take a bit longer than I expected though, and that kind of chipped away at my confidence a little while I was waiting. In the end, the fridge arrived and I’m happy with it, but the delay made the experience feel less smooth than it could’ve been.

"Financing was easier than I expected"
I was relieved by how fast I got approved. At first I was kind of nervous about the whole financing process, but the payments ended up seeming fair and manageable. That said, I did get a little frustrated because I wish some of the details had been explained more clearly upfront. Overall though, I’m happy it worked out and it wasn’t nearly as stressful as I thought it would be.

"Stock info could definitely be better"
I ordered an appliance because the website showed it was in stock, but after placing the order I was told it actually wasn’t available. If it had been something less urgent, I probably wouldn’t have minded as much, but in this case it was frustrating because I had to wait around and then start searching again. Customer service was fine and they were polite enough, but I do think the stock status on the site needs to be kept more accurate.

"Limited selection and support made it feel like my fault"
The site was easy enough to browse, but I was a bit disappointed with the product selection. A lot of the things I was looking for either weren’t listed at all or only had a couple of options. Maybe it depends on what category you’re shopping in, but compared to other places it felt limited. I also reached out to support about it, and the response kind of made me feel like I was the one not searching correctly, which was frustrating.

"Return process was more of a hassle than I expected"
I bought an appliance from standardtvandappliance.com and ended up needing to exchange it. The people I spoke with were actually fine and tried to help, but the whole return process felt way more confusing and drawn out than I expected.
I had to call more than once, and the pickup/exchange timing was never very clear. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel as simple or organized as it should have. It did get handled eventually, just not what I’d call a smooth experience.

I reached out with what I thought was a simple question about my order, but it took way longer than expected to hear back. When they finally replied, the answer was fine, but the wait was really frustrating. I would’ve appreciated at least an apology for the delay

"Warranty help was painless"
I had an issue with my fridge while it was still under warranty, and getting service set up was easier than I expected. The person on the phone was nice and didn’t give me the runaround. The tech showed up when they said they would and got things moving. Nothing fancy, just a smooth experience overall.

"Was nervous, but the repair went soooo smoothly"
Our fridge randomly stopped cooling, so I booked a repair through Standard TV & Appliance. I was a little nervous because appliance repairs can be such a hassle, but the tech called before heading over, showed up during the time window, and was super easy to talk to.

He figured out the bad part quickly and actually had it fixed during the same visit, which was a huge relief. The price matched what they told me upfront too, with no weird extra charges. Fridge is running great now, and I’d definitely use them again.

I stopped in earlier this week to pick up a few things, and overall it was a good experience. The staff was helpful when I had a question, and the prices seemed fair. The only downside was that checkout took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d still go back

I ordered from Standard TV and Appliance and the item showed up in good shape, so I can’t complain too much. The only thing was the delivery updates weren’t all that great. I didn’t get no real heads up until the day of, which made it kind of a pain to plan around. It wasn’t nothing terrible, just something that could definitely be better.
